preferably begining with one of the first few letters of the alphabet while retaining meaning throughout the years? And why is it a good name?

How about “ALL ABOUT FUN” then in smaller letters below the big sign you can have “Family Fun Center”, it sounds good to me. I like it, it has a nice ring to it. It lets everyone know that its the place to go for FUN.
