To What Degree Do You Think Most People Project Their Idea Of Family Onto Their Work Situation?

Some people project their view of what a mother or father should be (or they way their mother or father were/are) onto their boss. Similarly, they project their idea of what a sibling should be onto their co-workers. And, of course, when bosses project onto their staff that the staff are their children.
It makes people act very strange, especially when decisions are made that would not happen in a healthy family.

I don’t know but I wouldn’t want to work in a situation that would be so dysfuncional because that is what most families are. Work is supposed to be working together and most of the companies try to teach that one lesson, it works when we all work together. Usually smaller companies can have this problem or someone who is unhealthy brings that attitude with them to work.
