If I Adopt An Adult Will Their Children Legally Be My Grandchildren?

I placed my daughter for adoption 22 yrs ago. We recently reunited and she would like me to adopt her. It is legal in my state. If I do will her children legally be my grandchildren? Also what becomes of her relationship legally with her adoptive parents?

    yes she and her children would once again be your family. As for her legal gaurdians, that would be up to everyone to decide. if they want part of her life then they can be. Legally i don’t know what thier rights are. i would think since she if over the age of consent, it would legally be between the two of you
