What Are Some Funny Halloween Costumes For A Thirteen Year Old Girl?
I’ve started to think about what I want to be for Halloween this year, and I want to be something that’s really funny. I’ve thought of a messed up Hannah Montana, Jesus, maybe even Waldo. But I Googled Halloween costumes and I’ve seen some really funny and creative ones. Does anyone have any ideas for someone on a tight budget? Or should I be one of the people I mentioned before?

My friend wanted to be something funny so she bought a pink feather boa, pink eyelashes, pink hair spray (washable) and wore jeans, a pink shirt, and pink sunglasses. People ask her what she was and she’d tickle them with the boa and say “tickled pink!” I loved it.
Go to PARTY PACKAGERS!!!
Then, after you buy the costume or try it out, get some ideas from there, and then take random pieces from the costume and mix and match it with other pieces/articles of clothing until you get a really cool and unique costume. It will turn out to be FABULOUS!!!
Just collect ideas by watching movies and stuff, you could really mess it up a notch (in a good, fun way), and experiment!

how about a dead prom queen ? my daughter did that one year and she got so many compliments on it . I thought it was pretty good too . good luck and happy halloween .
