Jessica Loved Her Little Toddler Costumes
It’s hard to believe its almost time for Halloween. Using my daughters costume from last year won’t work this year, its too small. It was time to shop for a new one for this trick or treat holiday. I checked out the toddler halloween costumes at the stores, but I just wasn’t impressed with any of them. I’m very particular and hard to please when it comes to shopping. I was told by a friend that the little downtown costume shop was a good place to go, so I gave it a try. Still no luck in my search for a costume. That’s when I did some online shopping for toddlers costumes. One thing I really liked about the site I found, was variety of costumes. They have pages of all kinds of Halloween supplies for everyone. There are so many Halloween selections for costumes, props and decorations. I thought maybe after we choose a nice little toddlers costume for our daughter, we’d check out the decorations and see if there was anything we could use.
We checked out three pages of cute little costume for toddlers. There were tons of cute little costumes that would be perfect for her. But, unfortunately we only need one costume for Halloween. So now I’m trying to decide which to order. I love the little storybook witch and the adorable little sugar plum fairy. I just couldn’t make up my mind. There are so many cute possibilities for our daughter in the costumes for toddler selection. I couldn’t get much help from my husband. He picked out five or six and really had no preference. So, I had to be the one to decide. I found a pirate girl costume that I truly loved. She’d look so adorable in the little skirt and pirate hat. Every costume I ran across made it even harder to make a final decision. I talked to my sister the other day to tell her about this Halloween costume and supply store they have online. She told me she already knew about it and had ordered her kids costumes and the Halloween decorations for her house. She planned to fill me in at our lunch date tomorrow. She told me her youngest is going trick or treating as a marshmallow peep, and the older child is planning on being a star wars character.
She also told me about a giant spider she bought for her front porch that really sounds awesome. I haven’t had a chance to look at the decorating selections they have, but I’m going to. So, I was back to deciding on which of the costumes I was going to order for our little girl. I finally decided to order the storybook witch for Halloween. Decision made. A little storybook witch was the one I ordered. Then it was time for us to take a look at all the decorations they have. It was true, there were pages of decorations and props. We didn’t order the giant spider like my sister and brother in law did, but we did buy a few things for the yard. The giant spider would never have fit on our porch, but the little ones were perfect. We also bought a few little props, like pumpkins, a door cover and clings to put on our windows.
My husband decided he would like to get a few more decorations for our yard. We chose some tombstones and other ghostly decorations. So, with all the decorations, props and her cute little costume for a toddler selection, we did pretty good for halloween. All of our Halloween decorations, props and the costume arrived right on time. Our little toddler was adorable in her Halloween witch costume. The decorations looked pretty awesome too. He had such a great time putting all the Halloween d?cor all over the front of the house. This year Halloween will be spectacular.
