		<description>I&#039;m not sure if they could do it without a visa, but I think your grandchildren would probably qualify for an Ancestry Visa, which allows them to work for up to 5 years in the UK without a work permit. And after those 5 years, if they have met the requirements, they could then apply for permanent residency, if they wanted. :-)
