I am in my fifth month and I no strech marks yet and was wondering when do most women tend to get them during pregnancy? Thanks all!

well alot of people say that its genetics whether u get them or not…my mom did not get them..so i thought i was freeeee of them..until like 36 weeks i started getting a couple on my belly which at 41 weeks have not gotten too bad but there are a few more now..hopefully with lotion and watnot theyll diminish a bit..its different for everyone tho..i think if ur going to get them they can show up at anyy time
i just turned 6 months pregnant and i have a tiny little one ( that looks huge to me) on the side of my belly. i just woke up with it one day… it was a sad day
If you get them at all, it’s usually into the last couple of months. Some women (like my lucky sister) don’t get them at all.
The last one when you get the biggest. 36-40wks.
I had absolutely no stretch marks until the final 3 weeks of pregnancy. I got some doozies and they are still bad years later (more than 1/2 inch wide). Others are much more fortunate!
I’ve had one tiny one and it didnt bother me at all…so I thought I probably wouldn’t get them….well….now, i’m 31 weeks and they appeared in a matter of two weeks…at my last doctors visit my doctor was joking and said….Have you been drawing on your stomach?…so they can come in two weeks before your due date or 2 months into your pregnancy..you never know.
I bought many sticks of cocoa butter at The Body Shop, and didn’t get any stretch marks where I used the cocoa butter. However, I did get a large one on my right side, so use it liberally! I put it on every day.

You are lucky. I am almost 19 weeks along, and I first noticed my stretch marks about 3 or so weeks ago. Some women never really get them!
I was so happy that I seemed to be stretch mark free all the way though my pregnancy and then those darned things showed up at 38 weeks!!!!
Not everyone gets them. It really depends on the elasticity of your skin. I got mine in the last few weeks of my first pregnancy. Mine werent too bad since I used cocoa butter (it really makes a difference).
